Musical Number that Slid Under the Radar

I vote for "No Dames" by Channing Tatum from the movie "Hail Caesar," a movie that was almost perfectly cast and well reviewed but not a hit with audiences. Tatum shows he can move and the homoerotic tune shows him to his best advantage

Scarlett Johansson was hilarious as Esther Williams. "Then you go and strap on a fish ass and marry Arnie Sesslum!"

I have Hail Caesar on BluRay and that scene is a standout.

EE Bell as the bartender is terrific in that number.

Is it a good movie? I've never seen it.

Recommended R4 ... it's all about Josh Brolin as studio Fixer Eddie Mannix trying to keep ahead of the scandals breaking out all around him. George Clooney is trying to hide the fact that he got a leg up in the biz by sleeping with director Ralph Fiennes on a movie called "On the Wings of Eagles.". It's got an all star cast and was directed by Joel and Ethan Cohen. (Look for a funny Francis McDormand in a small part as a film editor)

An Easier Way from Good News. Slid under the radar because it was cut but it has June Allyson singing without any apparent sweetening of her vocal.
