Have they been helpful?
Does anyone use Headspace or Calm apps?

Waste of money. Bookmark some relaxing YouTube videos. They have everything. Including the binnurals or whatever they're called. Here's my favorite. The brown noise.

R1 . That sounds like all the dashcam videos I watch to keep calm during these fraught days. It sounds like a car motor. I love the dashcam videos that don't use talking or music and I can veg out with the sound and the video. They travel all over the world. I also like watching the Katmi falls videos with the sound of the waterfall and watching the bears fish. They are now back at it as of today.

During COVID, my company gave us free access to Calm. I tried it a few times, but it was useless. I was finished with it when I saw they had Gwyneth Paltrow reading bedtime stories on it.

I use the Calm app. The sleep meditations and sleep stories help me at night and the breathing exercises and emergency anxiety meditations help me during the day. Yeah, I could probably search around YouTube and find similar stuff, the I like it all together in an app on the phone

You don't need calm. YouTube has tons of videos that have rain sounds, bird sounds, or whatever you want. You can also download sounds and put them on a loop.
