Richard Gere Joins Michael Fassbender, Jeffrey Wright in Showtime Espionage Series ‘The Agency’

Does anyone know the name of the actress playing the doctor in the interrogation scene with Fassbender? Love her in anything she's in, but she's not credited on IMDb yet.

This might be good. MF and JW are very good actors.

Richard Gere's acting is unusually strong here. Fassy looks noticeably older in the face, but his bod is still in top form. I cringed when he walked barefoot from his apartment (with cold marble flooring) to the elevator outside to see his daughter off and then back again.

Oh, and DL fave Adam Nagaitis is in this. The handsome Edward Holcroft, too.

His lower jaw wrinkles are getting more and more pronounced, he's slowly morphing into Willem Defoe.

I watched maybe three seasons of the French "Le Bureau" and it's very intense, dreary, with some distressing torture scenes and a dull central love story between the main spy and a Syrian double agent. At least I assumed she was. But it was well written, complex narratives, and made me think about the relationship between the intelligence agencies around the world. There's so much we never see or know about.

At R5 Fassbender looks like Rhys Ifans from House of the Dragon

Jeffery Wright is a great actor. This looks pretty good.

I just can’t picture Fassbender as a lovelorn soul. A sociopath, yes.

I wonder if being a sociopath helps make someone a good actor? I'm not saying Fassbender is, I was just wondering.
