It seems like every day there are more and stranger stories of Republicans going off the rails.

Let's compile them here

Alembik was a major GOP donor, giving more than $200,000 to political campaigns over the past 20 years, including thousands to Trump and DeSantis.

In 2018, Alembik was scrutinized for referring to former President Barack Obama with curse words in a tweet.

He also stated that then-Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg “can’t die soon enough.”

In the wake of harsh criticism from both sides of the aisle, Alembik claimed that he was not racist and regretted his comments.

Alembik also donated to then-Florida Gov. Rick Scott and to DeSantis around the time of the tweet. Both politicians then sought to distance themselves from him.

Text from an independent article, link is Newsweek

[quote]An anti-LGBT Republican politician who was allegedly caught having sex with a man in his office is facing more than 30 accusations of sexual misconduct. Wes Goodman, a state legislator for Ohio, has already been forced to resign after a witness to the reported extramarital affair told the Ohio House Chief of Staff. But now Mr Goodman is facing a host of complaints after alleged victims shared screengrabs of conversations with right-leaning news website the Independent Journal Review.

[quote]Mr Goodman, who routinely promotes “family values”, is married to a woman who is an assistant director of an annual abortion rally known as March for Life. According to the IJR, Mr Goodman would regularly contact men, usually aged between 18 and 24 and in the Republican movement, on Facebook Messenger. The conversations frequently turned sexually explicit, with Mr Goodman sending suggestive messages and photos of his genitalia on Snapchat, reports the website. One alleged victim, who wished to remain anonymous, told the IJR he received a friend request from Mr Goodman, who started discussing “various political things” before a two weeks later asking for the man’s Snapchat details.

Vatican Excommunicates Far-Right Archbishop Who Once Attempted To Spring Kim Davis On Pope Francis

[quote] Vigano reappeared on the scene during Francis’ 2015 visit to the United States, which as nuncio Vigano helped organize. Everything was going fine until Vigano arranged for Kim Davis, a Kentucky clerk at the center of the U.S. gay marriage debate, to be among a small group of people at the Vatican residence to greet Francis.

[quote] After the visit ended, Davis and her lawyers claimed the encounter with Francis amounted to an affirmation of her cause. The Vatican later turned that claim on its head when it released footage of what it said was the “only” private audience Francis had in Washington: with a small group of people that included a gay couple.

The only business that existed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ruby Bailey Family Service Center, had been dissolved in 2019. Despite this, the Harrises sought more than $450,000 in loans to which they were not entitled. They obtained $357,600 in disaster relief funds from the SBA for three of the businesses. A local bank detected the fraud in August 2020 and secured the funds remaining in the business accounts. After the bank returned the fraudulently obtained funds, Neal and Kelly Harris then submitted additional fraudulent documentation to the SBA, attempting to get these funds back. At sentencing, both defendants were found to have obstructed justice by testifying falsely at the trial.

^ That bitch is beyond nuts! Under investigation by the FBI and got in a fist fight with another GQP twat at a Vegas city council meeting. She's in Pahrump as a county commissioner or something now. A profile of her pops up now and then in the paper because she's batshit insane.

Orange Jizzus nodded off during his coronation.

Let's be clear, if the President wore adult diapers (and uses the diaper while in public) or nodded off like a heroin junkie, calls for his resignation and removal would not cease.

POTUS, lost the thread of an argument during the sham debate, uses cheat sheets to stay focused during presentations and the hangman has not let off for his removal.

Jeffress has said that all Jews and Mormons go to hell, that Obama was the precursor to the antichrist, that LGBTQs need rescuing from Satan’s deception, that God designed the borders of the United States, that there will be civil war if Trump is removed from office, and that God gave Trump the moral authority to have foreign leaders assassinated.

In 2020, Trump promoted his online Easter service during lockdown. In July 2021, it was revealed that Jeffress’ megachurch got up to $5 million in bailout funds. In September 2021, Jeffress said that any Christian who votes for Biden has “sold his soul to Satan.”
