She's 45, not 55. It is WELL within the realm of possibility for a 44 year old woman to conceive and carry a child to term, especially with the help of IVF and hormone treatments. My mother had two children between the ages of 41 and 45, without any intervention or even really trying.

I can fully believe she gave birth a few months before the Met Gala because she was looking pre-Ozempic era chunky. I didn't know she had recently given birth when I saw the pictures of her and assumed she'd just given up on the dieting and reverted back to her old weight.
