Omg this is just too damned adorable.
She even makes a noise like a squeaky toy.

Precious girl.
(And imagine if [domestic] dogs and cats lived 25 years. Really wish they did.)

[quote] Rescue beaver builds dam with stuffed toys
Tulip is like many girls. She uses toys if she can’t find the wood.

Will someone please rescue my beaver?

What will she do when her beaver gets too big?
by Anonymous | reply 9 | June 18, 2024 5:42 PM |
Very cute, but is it a rescue beaver?

Did you not watch the video, R9?
Beavers live about 25 years.
They mature slowly, and so she will probably keep Tulip until she's about three years old, which is when their "beaver instincts" kick in, and she will WANT to go out into the wild. But for now, Tulip is still an infant.

It says so right in the title.
I swear, the reading comprehension by people here, is practically non-existent.

One must be persistent in communicating that the only acceptable pets are rescue pets, and skeptical of self-declared “rescue” status. One notorious DLer insisted that his matching-pair, pure-bred Bengal kittens, each worth thousands of dollars, were rescues. We scoffed. Rescued from what? Being returned to their breeder by a dissatisfied Hamptoms matron? Not good enough!
No, we do not simply accept that your pet is a rescue pet. We ask. Repeatedly. And we look for tells.
Personally, I find the story of the presumed dead beaver parents and the construction workers a bit suspect, but they seem like sincere people.

Aren't all beavers rescues?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | June 18, 2024 6:16 PM |
Certainly not! Some are kidnapped.

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
