Kevin Spacey says he has no money, owes "many millions" of dollars in legal fees and his house is being foreclosed on.
"I have to go back to Baltimore and put my things in storage. I’m not sure where I am going to live now...I can’t pay the bills that I owe...There’s been a couple of times when I thought I was going to file [for bankruptcy] but we’ve managed to dodge it, at least as of today...You have some sense of legal bills. I still owe a lot. Yes [I am in debt]. It’s considerable. Many millions. The house itself is many millions.”

He was a very successful actor for a long time. I know that big-time actors aren't all necessarily rich, but still, if he saved and invested enough, you'd think he could take the hit of a few million? Not that he'd want to, but could and not be in dire straits. Is he trying to get sympathy casting. He could probably do a successful Gofundme.

He was reported to make as much as $20mm per season for House of Cards.
He was making $10mm per movie for starring roles and $5mm for supporting roles.
Even if his legal fees were $50mm (which there's no way they were), he should still have plenty of money.
