We are suppose to be in step with an agenda because of identity politics and misplaced party loyalty. So inner city children who wan to learn, who may actually be intellectually gifted should have to stay in public schools where most of the kids don’t want to learn, where they face violence, and people reading at a 2nd grade level in the eighth grade. So what if a Republican happens to also believe in private school vouchers. This is crazy. And it’s why every other race test scores go up and black Americans continually goes down.

R1 Bro Jay-Z is quite wealthy, a billionaire but he is not Bill Gates rich. He cannot systematically fund and eradicate the problems of the public school system. Plus there is so much more red tape and bureaucracy because it is the government. But what he can do is offer millions for scholarships for intelligent people of color to get ahead.
Bill Gates funded my high school. A public high school that has now been instituted in various formats around the country.
