I found a homeless dog in the park — he was pushed out of a car and needed help. I put scared dog into my car and went straight to the vet for shots. (Never owned a dog, I was a little scared, too.)

When the receptionist asked me his name, I realized I hadn’t thought of a name and somehow blurted out, “Conrad.”

Three years later, if anyone asks me why I named him Conrad, I realize they don’t know me very well.

Conrad!! He held on to the boat.
