Beyonce has been touring for so long that it makes sense for her to have a mountain of cash.

JLo did get her first "internal" tour until her 40s with the her 2012 album. Till then, she was doing area tours only in the US. Beyonce has been doing stadium tours since the late 90s. Internal stadium tours since the early-20s.
