I told him how much I appreciated his work. Molly Baz had made a jazzed-up version of a classic Jewish holiday treat and he kept his recipe traditional and I liked that. I think he's very respectful of his audience and provides terrific content that is useful to both new and experienced chefs. I like that he tries to give people formulas and guidelines so they have tools to expand on what they're doing. He, Brian and a few others on Youtube are succeeding where the NYT Cooking Section is a dismal failure. Also, unlife most of the male cooks on youtube, they focus on healthful choices. Molly Baz nauseates me in every way possible but that's a topic for a thread on youtube chefs you hate.
