We are having ribs for Memorial Day, but I am not sure how to fix them. We got baby back ribs, today as they were on sale, although I usually prefer St. Louis ribs when I buy at a restaurant. I have a grill where I can make them, but I am thinking, instead of all that mess, I just might do them in the oven. Does anyone have any recipes or pointers?

Turned off learning experts use a dirty mop under a heat lamp to slop the sauce on the ribs.
