Best jarred Minced Garlic brand?
I need to buy minced garlic to have in the fridge and don’t know which is the best to buy. I’ve seen many say Christopher Ranch brand is good and both the Costco and BJs brands have good reviews. I won’t get Goya because they add a preservative that is bad for you.
My mother would make it and give it to me but since she’s lazy and hasn’t made any lately and expects me to make my own I will just buy.

OP, IMO, that minced garlic in the jar is awful. Sorry, I'm not trying to be mean or discouraging.
What about buying pre-peeled garlic from the grocery store (e.g., Whole Foods). Just run it through a garlic press when you need a few cloves. (I'm not talking about the frozen kind, though.)
IME, the Christopher Ranch garlic (the frozen, whole cloves) taste OK but you've got to use a ton of it to get actual garlic flavor.

America's Test Kitchen says that frozen minced garlic is the only decent kind. All the jarred versions have lost their volatiles and have preservatives like citric acid added.
Get a garlic press and use fresh garlic, it's easy and cheap.
