Why is it bad for Brown, since Biden will be on the ballot. Brown has taken off the gloves pretty early. Ohio Dems usually don't attack the opponent. but Brown is slicing first.

The 90 day rule in Ohio became law in 2010, so 13-14 years before the actions in those states.

They passed an exemption fro Romney in 2012 and for Biden in 2020, but now suddenly nothing can be done. Riiight.

Because the party scheduled the national convention without checking first to see what all the state deadlines are for ratifying their nominee for president.
