There is a reason long runnings shows like ER and Grey’s have turned over their cast so many times. This isn't that unusual, and she knows it.

I didn’t watch the show from the beginning, so I don’t know why the third son looks Latin or Arabic. He doesn’t look like he’s related to anyone else in the family at all. What’s the deal with him?
