MISS SAIGON -- 2000 Manila production
Starring Lea Salonga and Will Chase
IMO, the best 'Kim' and 'Chris'
Their chemistry is off the charts!
And Will is such a hottie!

Are you limiting yourself to professionally filmed productions, or are bootlegs a possibility?

The London "Merrily We Roll Along" is the same production as the one on Broadway now (with different actors, of course.) It was filmed.

Not to derail the thread, but, R9, do you have a source for "bootleg" DVDs of professionally filmed productions? There are several PBS Great Performances productions, among others, that are unavailable on DVD that I'd like to get my hands on.

By "bootleg," I meant shows that were surreptitiously filmed by audience members.

Thanks for these great suggestions. R9, I think professional.

OP, the University of North Carolina recreated the original 1943 Broadway production.
What I like about this production is that Curly, Laurey, Jud, Will, and Ado Annie are all age-appropriate.
They're only supposed to be in their latter teens, but they are often cast with older actors in their thirties.
So you sympathize with them instead of dismissing them as immature crybabies.
Plus, there's tons of male eye-candy!

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
