It's hilarious. There are probably dozens of such boats in a seaside town like Seaside, CA. Did EVERY boat owner get told to build a fence?
Sounds more like some neighbor Karen knew someone on the local government.
I hope an investigation occurs and someone gets their ass handed to them.
