I was wondering how long it would take you to get to Aquilon, OP/VB. As R41 said, he always made me stop when I'd see him in a magazine. He and his wife Nancy published an exercise book in 1984 called One on One: Exercising Together, the Sensual Way to Superbly Conditioned Bodies. (I think I got mine on eBay.) Never done of the exercises, but the photos are nice. He's mostly in a Speedo or shorts and usually with his wife, but there are a few of him showing the exercises with another fit guy.
