I don't know a lot about the Israeli-Pakenstinian conflict. Still, it seemed that the general message I always got from the media and public opinion in general was Israel good Palestinians terrorists and bad. Now it seems like the image or US public opinion is split and maybe even leaning towards the Palestinians. What the heck happened for what seems like an overnight dramatic change?

US public opinion still favors Israel. US journalists, however, favor whomever the elite borg (or their college age kids) favors, which for the moment is Palestinians. Lost cause, as the prospect for a two-state solution is dim.
