Thanks for posting this OP. The best acting Terrance Stamp has ever done. We watched this in a cinema in Sydney singing and dancing in the aisles. Sadly I think Mardi Gras is not as fabulous as it was back in the 80s and 90s.

I'm not a fan of this film. It falls into the trap of being pro-gay by being anti-woman.

But I agree that Terrance Stamp is superb and the film overall is worth watching for his character alone.
