This is a real ad by Postmates - a food delivery service, founded in 2011, and acquired by Uber in 2020. It offers local delivery of restaurant-prepared meals and other goods. It is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

I don't watch his show, so I don't know his take, but to me, that seems ridiculous. And honestly, while I'm very appreciate of the work bottoms do to prepare for us tops, I really don't want to think about that when I'm ordering food off a food delivery service. Gross.
