Venues where charismatic evangelicals hold services are prone to these kinds of exhibitions, because it's acceptable there. In more mainstream churches this doesn't happen, because if someone pulled a stunt like this they'd be physically hauled out of the service by the deacons/ushers. The police would be called, and they'd be taken either to jail or held for observation for 72 hours. That's not the kind of response these attention-seekers are looking for, so they don't do it at churches where it's not accepted.
