Courtney Love (again) teases a Hole reunion

I love teasing a hole

I heard her interviewed on a podcast recently and she is certifiably batshit. Pass.

Given all the years of drugs, smoking, and innumerable (and sometimes botched) plastic surgeries, she honestly looks fucking incredible for her age.

I kind of miss her crazy ass and wishing for a Courtney (and Hole) renaissance.

R5 me too. I’ve seen her perform a couple of times and I gotta give it to her—she brings it all to the stage. The shows I saw of hers were great. Is she Maria Callas? Fuck no. But you know what you’re there for.

She's looking much more matronly these days. She appears healthy and seems cogent. Unfortunately the voice is a lost cause, especially since I'm pretty sure she's still smoking. You can hear how out of breath she is, which is a damn shame. There was a time where she could scream like a banshee.

Who would have thought, in the early aughts that Prince would be dead from a drug overdose and Courtney Love would still be around?

Last year on Marc Maron she said she was well into making a solo record, but who the fuck knows.

Wow. She looks so fresh, healthy and respectable while Madonna resembles a crusty old container of Elmer’s Glue.

I loved her in The People vs. Larry Flynt. I don't know if she can act but even if that was just her being herself, she did a good job of it.

I love Courtney but she’s released 5 albums in 33 years. My attention span is only so long.

R16 it is a shame she hasn’t been able to put out more music. She seems to self-sabotage in the sense that she gets wound up in all kinds of other bullshit and her attention remains diverted from being creative for years on end. Drugs have obviously been a big part of this, but I also just think her thinking patterns are naturally very warped and scattershot. She’s all over the place and seems to have trouble focusing. Maybe she’s just more comfortable now quietly wearing couture and reading mountains of books all day long—which, given her history, is probably not a bad thing.
