Just saw the film - she’s great in it - although she only dances a little, and DOESN’T sing at all!!!

I actually saw this last night and found it both funny, poignant and hilariously satirical.

Watched it tonight (now free on Amazon Prime). Leslie was phenomenal. Deserved a Best Supporting nod. And Cord Jefferson absolutely deserved the Oscar for the script.
The movie is funny, smart, and a murderers' row of terrific performances. Issa Rae also was really impressive as the author of "We's Live in de Ghetto."
