Will Wheaton is very upset about Larry David attacking Elmo
by Anonymous | reply 95 | February 11, 2024 6:56 PM |
Elmo had it coming.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | February 8, 2024 8:10 PM |
Wil needs to change his tampon.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | February 8, 2024 8:10 PM |
Will Wheaton is an absolute douchebag. He's an even bigger idiot for taking a clearly staged event seriously.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | February 8, 2024 8:11 PM |
I got a kick out of Elmo's father, I had never seen him before but his voice is great and he got after Larry
by Anonymous | reply 4 | February 8, 2024 8:11 PM |
Shut up Wesley.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | February 8, 2024 8:12 PM |
I thought Elmo fled to Europe after the allegations surfaced.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | February 8, 2024 8:40 PM |
Larry is tight with Rocco.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | February 8, 2024 8:50 PM |
Wow, I thought he was joking until I read his actual post/rant/meltdown. MARY! Wheaton has significant mental health problems as he likes to share with everyone, but I think he needs a new therapist, all is clearly not right.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | February 8, 2024 8:57 PM |
Whil Wheaton
by Anonymous | reply 9 | February 8, 2024 9:03 PM |
I'm starting to see why they wrote off his character in TNG (the traveler bullshit) and didn't have him back in the subsequent Picard series.
He really is insufferable.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | February 8, 2024 9:15 PM |
Ugh, so sick of this dude.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | February 8, 2024 9:29 PM |
Oh damn, we don't have to have one of our NATIONAL CONVERSATIONS about this, do we? I don't think I can stand that.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | February 8, 2024 9:31 PM |
I feel like this Elmo whole thing is a set up for the last season of Curb.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | February 8, 2024 9:37 PM |
Shut up, Wesley.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | February 8, 2024 9:37 PM |

Wheaton is a terrible person.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | February 8, 2024 10:48 PM |
Wheaton’s response is actually hilarious. It reads like Larry David wrote it.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | February 8, 2024 11:02 PM |
Cheryl: I think you should write Wil a letter of apology.
Larry: You’re right. Dear Prick, why are you such a prick?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | February 8, 2024 11:13 PM |
Wil Wheaton? Will NASTY!
by Anonymous | reply 25 | February 8, 2024 11:19 PM |
Will Wheaton is insufferable and humorless, because he's 'woke.'
Very far-left, emasculated, ultra-liberal soyboy.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | February 8, 2024 11:22 PM |
by Anonymous | reply 27 | February 8, 2024 11:27 PM |
Can this guy even afford a Twitter account?
by Anonymous | reply 29 | February 8, 2024 11:42 PM |
Can someone tell me if Dionne is being serious or not? Genuine question.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | February 8, 2024 11:48 PM |
While Wheaton's reaction is a bit unhinged, is is far less unhinged than David attacking a puppet.
That is just bizarre behavior - it's a puppet. He attacked a puppet on live tv.
I can't wait for the non-apology apology, not who he is...not his values...blah blah blah.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | February 8, 2024 11:51 PM |
Elmo's segment was over and they were going to Al Roker with the wedding, they decided to put the camera back on Larry so it's partially the show's fault
by Anonymous | reply 32 | February 8, 2024 11:53 PM |
Al Roker *weather*
by Anonymous | reply 33 | February 8, 2024 11:53 PM |
I never bought into Will Wheaton being heterosexual.

by Anonymous | reply 35 | February 8, 2024 11:57 PM |
Wil Wheaton has that lovely knack of over sharing then complaining when people pile on him. Jeez, talk to your therapist, don’t write an unhinged social media post. IT’S A PIECE OF FELT.
Will Dave Chappelle punch Gonzo in the face?
Will Melissa McCarthy roundhouse kick Snuffleupagus?
Will Pete Davidson accidentally eat Big Bird?

[quote] Elmo's segment was over and they were going to Al Roker with the wedding, they decided to put the camera back on Larry so it's partially the show's fault
It was a bit, Einstein.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | February 9, 2024 12:41 AM |
R35, you’re too dumb for this thread.

Isn't Kevin "Elmo" Clash into chicken?
by Anonymous | reply 39 | February 9, 2024 12:44 AM |
Is Wheaton a Brother Sun alumnus?
by Anonymous | reply 40 | February 9, 2024 12:54 AM |
I find it very difficult to believe that the Sesame Street people would agree to a "bit" that involved a grown adult attacking what is essentially a child puppet. Sesame Street and Elmo are oriented toward children. Why would they agree to something that would call into question that focus.
It may or may not have been a bit from David's point of view, but it's still bizarre. Who comes up with attacking a children's puppet for laughs. It's like pretending to beat children or puppies.
The issue isn't being humorless. It's that it's a bizarre thing to say to yourself, "hey, you know what would be HILARIOUS? Attacking a children's puppet on live tv. THAT would be good for a few laughs."
by Anonymous | reply 41 | February 9, 2024 1:14 AM |
I think it was a comedy but for the parents. A lot of adults find Elmo’s annoying as fuck and have to watch Sesame Street anyway and listen to their kids tickle me Elmo toy
by Anonymous | reply 42 | February 9, 2024 1:16 AM |
Tickle ME Elmo
Tickle me, Elmo.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | February 9, 2024 1:18 AM |
Is Will aware that Elmo’s existence is based on having a grown man’s hand up his ass?
by Anonymous | reply 44 | February 9, 2024 1:26 AM |
[quote]I can't wait for the non-apology apology, not who he is...not his values...blah blah blah.
Yeah, I don't think so. That's not Larry David's speed.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | February 9, 2024 1:38 AM |
[quote]Yeah, I don't think so. That's not Larry David's speed.
It wasn't Michael Richards's either until circumstances forced it - which makes it that much more entertaining for the rest of us.
You're probably right, though. But, I can dream, can't I?
by Anonymous | reply 46 | February 9, 2024 1:42 AM |
bitch made. he really wrote all that? she's in a manic phase.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | February 9, 2024 1:48 AM |
[quote] Elmo’s existence is based on having a grown man’s hand up his ass?
He doesn’t have an ass much like Jacob Elordi and Shawn Mendes.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | February 9, 2024 1:52 AM |
Doing some asshole aspergers shit that makes everyone mad in reality is perfect for Larry David. Huge win. He should go for some kind of Kaufman phase and become a public menace.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | February 9, 2024 1:55 AM |
There is zero chance Sesame Street agreed to allow that to happen.
I pity the bitch who lays a hand on Miss Piggy.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | February 9, 2024 1:56 AM |
But is she a rescue piggy, R50?
by Anonymous | reply 51 | February 9, 2024 1:58 AM |
Larry David is not funny. He's a whining narcissist. I wouldn't lose on him if he was on fire.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | February 9, 2024 1:59 AM |
r51, she is large and in charge, in no need of rescue!
by Anonymous | reply 53 | February 9, 2024 2:00 AM |
Love everything about Larry. Wil Wheaton sounds insane. Who goes off on a major tirade over a 5 second clip featuring a muppet?
by Anonymous | reply 54 | February 9, 2024 2:02 AM |
If your kids don’t know that Elmo is just a puppet, they have much bigger problems than being traumatized by Larry David.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | February 9, 2024 2:07 AM |
Eh, Larry was right. Could any adult stand being around a twee and mawkish monster like Elmo?
by Anonymous | reply 56 | February 9, 2024 2:54 AM |
Wheaton is not all there in the head, I noticed it already when he did that unhinged Mayor Pete rant on Tumblr during the 2020 primary.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | February 9, 2024 3:21 AM |
That little puppet… was me.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | February 9, 2024 4:35 AM |
Wheaton had made an absolute tit of himself. If he’s that easily triggered, he needs to change his meds. I mean, this is a war torn world in which many people are just struggling to survive. What an embarrassing shitshow.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | February 9, 2024 11:54 AM |

Super-lefties always eventually let their hate out against conservative helpless Felt-Americans
by Anonymous | reply 62 | February 9, 2024 2:38 PM |
[quote]"And Larry F***ing David ... did ... that? And thought it was going to be ... funny?"
Wheaton is a grown man (51) writing like a tween girl.
I hate it when people use all those ellipses, implying that they're barely able to go on.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | February 9, 2024 2:43 PM |
Wil Wheaton never shuts up about the "abuse" he suffered at the hands of his dick father. The guy didn't beat him or molest him. He just insulted him a lot. And for Wil, this is a life-altering trauma.
I guess when you no longer have a career, you can invent a new one as Professional Abuse Survivor.
And his endless pantomiming as a woke warrior is insufferable. Even by LA standards, the dude is utterly vapid and trying way too hard. When gays told him they used to crush on Wesley Crusher, he spat out this lengthy screed about how humbled he was to be the jerk-off fantasy for Gen X, and how empowering it feels to be a part of something so personal. What a load.

Wheaton is now significantly older than Patrick Stewart when TNG began
by Anonymous | reply 68 | February 9, 2024 3:16 PM |
I thought the Larry David bit was kinda funny. Who the hell doesn't get that it was a gag?
by Anonymous | reply 69 | February 9, 2024 3:30 PM |
You'd have PTSD too if you had to pull a huge leach off your testicles as a kid.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | February 9, 2024 3:36 PM |
R70 Stephen King not only had a leech latch onto his behind as a kid, he also saw a childhood friend get run over by a train. However, he doesn’t go around screeching about his victimhood.

Joyce Carol Oates weigh in—!
[quote]We can imagine how this highly sensitive individual reacts to assaults on actual persons as in war. Assume he can barely draw breath reacting to the war in Gaza in proportion to the comic assault on an inanimate puppet. Such empathy!
by Anonymous | reply 72 | February 9, 2024 4:26 PM |
Will Wheaton writes like he lives on Reddit.
by Anonymous | reply 73 | February 9, 2024 4:32 PM |
When Joyce Carol Oates bodies you on Twitter, it's over.
by Anonymous | reply 74 | February 9, 2024 4:55 PM |
Wil Wheaton was a highly successful child actor whose career long since fell off a cliff. He’s clearly deeply unhappy with his life and he pins this entirely on his parents. This isn’t a good look for a 50-something individual. Grow up, Wil. You’re making a fool of yourself.

You remind me of something a poster said of the expression 'virtue-signaling', that "only right-wingers use it, because they think it's impossible for people to actually feel empathy for others." (𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐲, reply 46.)
You had so much more balance when, on 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐙𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐄!!! (𝐧𝐨𝐭!), you posted, "Woke-ism isn't trying to "cancel" Blazing Saddles. No one is. This is phony outrage from ignorant white Karens and Kens" (reply 28).

Next up:
Jerry Seinfeld drowns Bert and Ernie in a tubby.
Chris Rock sets Fozzie Bear on fire.
Rita Rudner accidentally sits on and smothers Dr. Teeth.
Brett Butler gives Scooter shrooms and he dives off an overpass.

That one is the most serious because it’s an actual hate crime.
by Anonymous | reply 78 | February 10, 2024 1:11 AM |
Yeah…don’t care, but I’d like to know where I can buy that suit Larry David wears in OP’s photo.
by Anonymous | reply 79 | February 10, 2024 1:17 AM |
I’ve been traumatized ever since I was accused of hiding my dumb sister’s Kitty Karry-All doll.
by Anonymous | reply 80 | February 10, 2024 1:30 AM |
One can only imagine the "self care" Will is doing, now that this has spectacularly backfired. Hot yoga... Primal screaming... Extreme mug cradling...
by Anonymous | reply 81 | February 10, 2024 2:58 AM |
He didn’t even smack the puppet. God Will Wheaton is a pussy
by Anonymous | reply 82 | February 10, 2024 4:25 AM |
Elmo would love to see Mr. Larry try that in Times Square. I’ll be waiting for you, Mr.Larry!
by Anonymous | reply 83 | February 10, 2024 11:51 PM |
Forget the war in Ukraine and genocide in Gaza…THIS is genuine trauma! Evidently.
by Anonymous | reply 85 | February 11, 2024 9:14 AM |
I have never once viewed Elmo as a child himself. Has anyone else?
by Anonymous | reply 86 | February 11, 2024 10:50 AM |
That’s because you are sane, R86. It’s a fucking piece of cloth wrapped around somebody’s hand.
by Anonymous | reply 87 | February 11, 2024 11:03 AM |
Will Wheaton is very upset 😠 that no one thinks he’s cute anymore.
by Anonymous | reply 89 | February 11, 2024 12:33 PM |
Will Wheaton has birthing hips, beady eyes, and a pencil neck. Looks like an American Doll collector/abuser.
