Note that in Biden’s White House, Defacto, a special counsel was appointed and he took the job very seriously. Biden fully cooperated and didn’t make any effort to hide the evidence. He didn’t call it a witch hunt or call for the AG to be drawn and quartered.

And, of course, there's a big difference between Biden's full cooperation with the special counsel and Trump's lies, denials and antagonism.
