I don’t know if PA would allow Medicaid for this 32 year old and if he would qualify for 24 hr home health aide. You’d be surprised how quickly a very large black male home health aide can cure someone of obsessing over racist thoughts.

Also, my BIL was crazy before the days of the internet arrived. His parents never got a computer or laptop. And they were liberal and wouldn’t allow Fox News on their tv.
