Toxed forehead, undereye fillers, thicker eyebrows per the latest style and probably some lasering/peels. Otherwise, she actually doesn't look like she has had any surgery.

Looks like she's had her lips enhanced. I don't care for the hairstyle, but otherwise, she looks good.

R7 I always saw her as a grounded confident person and the idea that she might have felt the need to enhance her looks disappointed me and made me feel sorry for her. Perhaps it is just make up as some have suggested.
