He's right that DEI is destroying the arts, in general.

Talent and hard work are not priorities for progressives as much as pushing their 'woke' agenda.

You’re well aware white actors get in through looks, nepotism, casting couch, etc.

You’re also well aware mediocre white talent gets rewarded and has to work less.

There are photographers that shoot nothing but white guys. THAT is intentional.

The dilemma of DEI hiring, or what used to be called Affirmative Action hiring is the presumption that the candidate is unqualified and had to get a job through those means. The person might be eminently qualified, but there will always be that doubt.

Clifton Duncan ought to wish for more DEI because as it is, I’ve never heard of him nor seen any of the very few things he’s been in.
