Jacob Elordi is Frankenstein: replaces Andrew Garfield

He’s doing too many projects, he’s going to melt down.

They’re really pushing him. I think he has potential tho. He was the only memorable part of Priscilla to me.

by Anonymousreply 1January 8, 2024 12:28 AM

Lmao all you’ve been doing is shitting on him on other threads yet you’re always posting about him. 🤡 you’re such a joke.

by Anonymousreply 2January 8, 2024 12:31 AM

They sort of buried the lede. He won’t be playing Frankenstein, but rather the monster.

He sort of has the Herman Munster head shape already, so that should cut down on prosthetics costs relative to Andrew Garfield.

by Anonymousreply 3January 8, 2024 12:33 AM

Oh God yes I keep forgetting that Frankenstein means Dr Frankenstein and not the monster.

Curse you, Carl Laemmle! 🧟

by Anonymousreply 4January 8, 2024 12:37 AM

He's 6' 5". He'll tower monstrously and appropriately over everyone else in the movie.

I am certain he’s close to 6’7

The height difference with 6’4 Ben Affleck was too great

by Anonymousreply 6January 8, 2024 2:50 AM

I wonder if they're going down the 70's tv version, Frankenstein: The True Story, where the Monster starts off handsome and hale, then starts decaying.

by Anonymousreply 7January 8, 2024 2:58 AM

[quote] The height difference with 6’4 Ben Affleck was too great

Ben is only 6'4" in MY dreams.

by Anonymousreply 8January 8, 2024 3:17 AM

I hope him and Oscar Isaac suck face on camera.

by Anonymousreply 9January 8, 2024 3:26 AM

R4 well Elordi is playing the monster anyway

by Anonymousreply 10January 8, 2024 3:30 AM

Why does the person who shits on Elordi keep making Elordi threads? He did the same thing for Paul Mescal. Hmmmm

by Anonymousreply 11January 8, 2024 3:31 AM

He has the face and height to play a cobbled-together monster.

by Anonymousreply 12January 8, 2024 3:33 AM

r11 Better than having that moronic fangirl starting the threads with her "Dear Paul/Jacob" bullshit

by Anonymousreply 13January 8, 2024 3:33 AM

R13 no. It isn’t. A fan girl making a thread about him makes sense. A hater making a thread about him doesn’t.

by Anonymousreply 14January 8, 2024 3:36 AM

r14 Fuck off back to Tumblr

by Anonymousreply 15January 8, 2024 3:37 AM

R15 I’ve never had a tumblr. It’s the truth. You’re a loser and hater but you’re always making threads about him? Learn how normal people behave. Youre low class.

by Anonymousreply 16January 8, 2024 3:38 AM

r16 Except I didn't create the thread, dumbass. And your use of "hater" suggests you're lying about Tumblr. If you can't handle DL, fuck off, tedious frau cunt.

by Anonymousreply 17January 8, 2024 3:40 AM

Good, the sooner this cipher fades back into obscurity, the better.

by Anonymousreply 18January 8, 2024 3:40 AM

Does anyone really need another Frankenstein movie?

by Anonymousreply 19January 8, 2024 3:45 AM

Every time I look at him I start wondering where I put the damn tweezers...

by Anonymousreply 20January 8, 2024 3:59 AM

He'll be the prettiest monster I've ever seen.

by Anonymousreply 21January 8, 2024 4:30 AM

R17 but you did. On another account. Quit the shit. You’re done around here.

by Anonymousreply 22January 8, 2024 4:35 AM

Curse you, Carl Laemmle! 🧟

R4 Don’t you mean “Curse you, Mary Shelley”?

by Anonymousreply 23January 8, 2024 6:33 AM

I adore him. Watching him now in Euphoria after first seeing him in Saltburn. I wish him well. He’s extremely young. Having all this fame and money usually doesn’t end well. Maybe he’ll surprise us and be ok. I hope so .

by Anonymousreply 24January 8, 2024 6:53 AM

R24 you’re all over the place. Seriously you need to get off here and go seek help. Normal people don’t post the way you do. One minute hating on him and then using a separate account to praise him and say you “adore” him.

by Anonymousreply 25January 8, 2024 6:56 AM

I’m telling you heaux, they’re going to push him as the new Bond. He could pull it off with some intense training. Can he pull off the brains of 007? He was pretty good in Saltburn.

No Universal Studios is largely responsible for the public association of Frankenstein with the actual Boris Karloff monster

After all the sequel was Bride of Frankenstein, not Bride of Frankenstein’s Monster
