OK. Last night I saw Sean Penn on Kimmel and he has to be on this list. He is a complete wreck. He had trouble speaking and it seems like he may be recovering from a stroke. I know he was an alcoholic, but even so. He really looks frail.

Read some rumors about him having Parkinson's. But to me he seems to be showing the evidence of his years of abuse. Sean was/is an Alcoholic. Hard core. He is also probably a four or five pack a day guy. He seemed to have trouble putting words together in sentences on Kimmel. He had to concentrate to do it. I noticed he laid his one arm on the desk or chair to keep it still.
