About the bathing thing, I work from home so I don't shower more than 3-4 times a week. I do brush my teeth twice a day, an I wash my face, pits and ass every day. So when I read that some celebrity doesn't bathe a lot, I don't take it literally. I just assujme they don't do showers every day.

I started making deodorant with baking soda, cornstarch, coconut butter, and tea tree and lavendar oils, and it actually worked and changed my life. It might take a while for one’s skin to adapt (my skin did *not* like the alkalinity at first, but I used polysporin with lidocaine for a while), but for me it made for a higher pH environment that bacteria didn’t couldn’t survive, and eventually my skin adapted and I sweated-out the antiperspirant backlash.

I never seem to sweat in my armpits now, and even when I shower only every other day, it never smells bad because the bacteria doesn’t grow very well there now. 🤷🏻
