I know the casting couch is real, but there is another reality. Some actors are so beautiful and sexy that directors, producers, casting directors, etc. are very drawn to them (as is everyone else), and so those gorgeous people are given great advantages without actually having to put out sexually. It's like, for example, an average-looking person doing whatever is necessary to get close to a really hot, beautiful person -- frequently younger -- just for the thrill of being close to them, without any reasonable expectation that they are going to become sexually involved.
