About a very adorable gay couple restoring a hugely neglected manor property in England, one season/eight episodes. They are so handsome and hard-working and undertaking an incredibly herculean project of restoring a large property with many outbuildings. They are doing the bulk of the work themselves and have great taste and charm. One of the coup,e is Dean, a British-born architect and the other is Borja, a Spanish-born realtor/designer. Great fun to watch as they are so cute together, dress so low-key (most of the time they are filthy and haven’t combed their hair, and are working so hard to fulfill their dream.

It should’ve been called To The Manor Porn.

Don't see it on Netflix, Op. It's on Amazon Prime but requires as subscription for discovery+. I'd rather save my money.

The Spanish one is too queeny for me. Dean is hot, though.

I just watched the show on Max, binged it this weekend. Lovely couple, and I admire them for the work they put in. Apparently HGTV didn't order a second season. But they have now a YT channel for their 'second season'. Oh, and they have a baby now.

Why do some gay couples feel the need to get a baby? Talk about a buzz kill!

I agree with everything you say, OP. They are great together. The project IS pretty daunting. But from what I can see the result is really nice. In terms of quality it looks like they do a good job, from masonry to sewing pillows.

It’s very interesting but with the manor house, it’s such a jumble of buildings and courtyards, it’s hard to get an overall impression. Now they have a second house that is out in the countryside.

That Dower house - was that always part of the Tiny Estate and just didn't show it? Or did they purchase that just recently?
