That's average height for a woman. If the average woman gets no excuses on DL for ballooning up, then he shouldn't either.

He's carb puffy, needs a shower, shouldn't wear that color or a hat. But all of those things are easily changed. If he got into a bit better shape and got some color, he'd be fine.
