The Repugs are in a hilarious pickle--if they vote to expel they're losing even more of their majority. All this will bite them even harder on the asses in 2024.

Of course, there is the chance of some kind of plea bargain, but if they don't expel him and he hangs around, there will be no plea bargaining for him come timehe's on trial.
