You're not saying what your diet has been thus far.

Pancreatitis as R1 suggests could be a possibility if you've been drinking a lot, or have had high intake of a lot of fatty goods. It could also be the beginnings of diverticulitis, or beginnings of gall bladder issues.

Go see a doctor.

If your diet has truly remained the same, you could have ingested a parasite like giardia, picked up from some contaminated food item or from something you drank. That would cause a drastic change in the way your food is digested and potentially give you odorous gas. Sometimes a parasite is self-limiting, but if things don't improve within a few weeks, go to a doctor who will probably ask you to submit a stool sample and then put you on a drug like Flagyl to get rid of it.
