Nobel Rot sweet white wine

Monbazillac, Sauternes, Tokaji, Ausbruchwein. J'adore botrytized wine. Very nice with Asian food.

Yes I'm a fat soused whore.

I have a 750 ml bottle of 2001 Chateau d’Yquem that’s been stashed away for the last 20 years. It’s now a deep, rich golden color but I don’t know when I should uncork it. I’m thinking my 70th birthday in 9 years.

Brut champagne has 0-3 g/L residual sugar. Very very low to almost none. There are delicious bruts, yes.

By the looks of the picture, I'm making a pretty decent vintage in my fridge right now.

by Anonymousreply 13November 24, 2023 7:34 PM

Is it just Brut Champagne that is low on sugar or any other brands?
