It looks kind of horrible, these are the colors of an airport lounge. Shouldn’t it remind you of Miami Beach? Where are the hot pinks and greens?

I believe the space shown at R6 is the convention area, that’s why it looks so sparse.

Vegas needs a success right now. This place is huge, and a cool reception might be a bad sign. I hope the success of the MSG Sphere, will spill over to this place.

I think it looks great but Resorts World is a flop and FB will be competing with Wynncore for high end guests. I'm hoping it succeeds because Vegas needs it, but for me, the odds are against it.

It’s a casino! By their nature they’re supposed to be a little over the top tacky. Look at Circus Circus or any mid brand cruise ship.

Casinos aren’t supposed to be bland.

R16, I might agree with you but as Vegas moved away from the themed hotels, they all were bland. The recent Strip builds, Aria and Resorts World are like that. Also, RW was going to have a Chinese theme with a Panda exhibit but that was all scrapped.

New casinos like Aria, Wynn and Cosmopolitan themeless but themeless but they are hardly bland.

Fontainebleau looks like the United Club at the airport.

I think Aria seems amazingly like FB in their mall/airport ambiance. Wynncore is the obvious standard for Vegas luxury. High end travelers no longer say they're going to Vegas for the weekend, they say they're going to the Wynn.

When it's fully depreciated, they'll cut the maintenance/housekeeping budgets to the bone. Then it will become just another rat/roach/bedbug infested joint in LV like Circus Circus.

Cosmo but not Aria was going to be condos. Aria was always pitched as a resort.

Yes the lobby/check in area of Aria is airportlike but lots of the casinos are like that.
