I can't post it, as it seems to be lost to time, but back in the 90s, on the sitcom The Single Guy, the characters wrote an advertising jingle that went like this:
If you like butter, you'll like butter better
Brindle's better butter in a can
Ooh-la-la

I was having a conversation with a patient who was talking about how his heart stopped and they had to bring him back to life. He said "I'm glad they brought me back", and as soon as I heard those words, the song "Love Brought Me Back" by D.J. Rogers started playing in my head, and wouldn't go away.

My dad listens to the elevator music station and it had this awful rendition of a song, which I can't get out of my head. It had tubas playing the melody. Not any kind of Bob Seeger fan, but I was out shopping today and "Still the Same" came over the speakers in a store I was in. It's one of those songs where, if you've heard it once, you can probably sing along, because it's like someone got hold of a rhyming dictionary, and the next line in the lyrics seems obvious.
Now I can't get it out of my head, especially the parts where the backup singers repeat, "Still the same, baby baby still the same."

I've been watching the "Dead Dog Records" arc from old TV show, "Wiseguy," which has been playing on the weekends on Retro right now. Deborah Harry is playing a character in it named "Diana Price." Some of the storyline in the first few episodes revolves around the resurrection of Diana's former music career with the launch of a single she's written called "Brite Side." This song was(written by Harry and Chris Stein and released in the UK as a single. .. It's a really beautiful song, but now it's going 'round and 'round in my head.

I had a song I couldn't place - or specifically, one single complex vocal harmony, stuck in my head for about six years. I racked my brains over and over trying to identify it. No lyrics (foreign language), nothing. It was the worst unscratchable earworm itch, and when I finally placed it late one night, ... A TOTAL personal triumph.

I met her in a club down in old Soho
Where you drink champagne and it tastes like Coca-Cola C-O-L-A, Cola
She walked up to me and she asked me to dance
I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said, "Lola"
L-O-L-A, Lola Lo-Lo-Lo-Lo-Lola
Well, I'm not the world's most physical guy
But when she squeezed me tight, she nearly broke my spine
Oh, my Lola Lo-Lo-Lo-Lo-Lola
Well, I'm not dumb, but I can't understand
Why she walks like a woman and talks like a man
Oh, my Lola Lo-Lo-Lo-Lo-Lola Lo-Lo-Lo-Lo-Lola
