Is there any kind of pain you enjoy?

I can't stand toothaches or headaches, but I somewhat enjoy having hemorrhoids as long as they don't get too big. I also enjoy having slight burns and scalds; I enjoy changing the bandages and like when it gets itchy after a few days. I don't do it on purpose, but I've accidently scalded myself a few times when making tea or burned my wrist while using a frying pan.

Uh-oh. This is how it starts, OP.

The pain of a pint-sized harlot when she gets the punishment she deserves.

You mean like when Coach orders you to his office and spanks you with his paddle?

I like injections and blood draws, and IVs. I know that sounds extremely disturbing, but I was positively terrified of them as a child but for some reason I can’t actually feel them at all as an adult. So for some reason I like knowing that someone is jabbing a needle in me and it doesn’t bother me at all.

I like to tell nurses right before an injection like an immunization “for some reason, I am unable to feel needles and blood draws” and then when they do it, I’ll pretend wince in pain and say “OW!! I felt THAT!” just to see the horror on their face before I tell them “I’m kidding. I really can’t feel them. You did a great job”.

I’d probably make a really good IV drug user if I felt like totally fucking up my life. I’d be the best IV drug user ever.

I like to challenge myself sometimes by seeing how long I can swish Listerine in my mouth.

There's a certain satisfaction

In a little bit of pain.

I read this s & m man’s true life story. Super masochist. He had lung issues as a child & was repeatedly beat on his back to free the mucus. Day in day out kind of thing. Anyway, he sexualized the experience - as a way to deal with the pain. He believes he lived longer (most kids with whatever he had died young) because he embraced the pain. This topic reminded me of it. I don’t advocate looking him up - it got really intense. Still - maybe there’s something to that.

Hot peppers, I nibble on them until my mouth is on fire and then a few minutes later I go back for more. Why?

I enjoy the momentary pain of scratching a scab and then watching it bleed.

Super masochistic Bob has cystic fibrosis (sung to supercalifragilisticexpialidocious). It was a 1997 documentary called “Sick”. It’s good and it paints him in an extremely sympathetic light and it’s told though interviews conducted prior to his death (which is acknowledged in the documentary) but I have no idea how it got a theatrical release. I saw it in a regular old movie theater and it has some of the most disturbing things I’ve ever seen in a movie. Absolutely not for the faint of heart. There’s a slow motion closeup of him driving a nail through through the head of his penis with a hammer into a board then pulling it out and blood spurts everywhere 😳. I’m not squeamish or easily shocked but that really almost did me in.

There is a thin line between pleasure and pain.

I enjoy the sort of pain that comes with alligator clips on my nipples, or someone twisting or lightly biting my nipples.

by Anonymousreply 15September 24, 2023 1:51 PM

R14 that’s horrifying. Wtf.

by Anonymousreply 16September 24, 2023 1:52 PM

Driving a nail through the head of ones penis is not nearly as popular as some might think.

Oh, OK here’s where the perception of pain can go wrong and maybe somebody can give me an idea where and how it went wrong. I got to the point where I was only eating once a day. I had no idea why I would try to eat I couldn’t. Then I went to the doctor and he told me why don’t you take some Prilosec. So he scheduled me to get scope and then he gave me some Prilosec and I was amazed my appetite went from like one meal a day to like three meals a day within a couple of days.

So maybe it’s because it was hurting, but it was hurting for a long time, and the hurt started gradually so it was the Boiling frog effect and therefore I didn’t notice it? I was super weirded out by my lack of awareness of the problem. I think it depends on if the pain is fast onset or more gradual and then maybe that would prevent a person from noticing it? I can’t say that I like pain .

Two weeks ago, I went to an ENT doctor and he said he wanted to check the pressure in my ears.

He used this device to pump air into my ear and told me I might experience some discomfort, pain.

The test lasts about two minutes. When he asked me how I was doing, all I could say is "It felt weird, but in a good way." He laughed.

I realized that I had just revealed that I enjoyed getting fucked in the ear canal. .. Of course, it helped that he's about 32 and very cute.
