This looks like fun! Will be watching, especially for David Duchovny. Nice to see him again.

Give it a go R2. It wasn't mind numbingly awful - it just wasn't that great unfortunately. I don't think I finished it. It got a 53% critics approval on RT. It wasn't as bad and disappointing as The Dark Tower which was really bad.
I googled and King had nothing to do with Bloodlines but says: "BLOODLINES: In the book, this is the story Jud Crandall tells Louis Creed to try and dissuade him from using the Pet Sematary. The screenplay takes a few liberties, but it's a fine story. David Duchovny is excellent. The secret, as always, is caring about the characters".

Just watched it. I enjoyed it a lot more than the remake, for whatever that's worth. And Katey Sagal's son is hot!
