This guy has been going off the rails for years. I remember maybe 5 or so years ago, he was trying to hold a live performance event and was convinced that Drake was going to perform at it. Obviously he was delusional and none of it was real, and the event was a complete shitshow from minute one. He seems bipolar/manic and possibly schizophrenic.
