Joe was incredibly mature about the breakup by June, but those first few weeks in London had to be rough. Not having friends fully on his side - the cast tight with both him and Bash, while Bash's group ditched him, and some mutual friends like Connor/Rhea siding with Bash. Add Lego to the mix, and you've got your recipe for Joe feeling all kinds of grateful and vulnerable and being in a place where he’d get attached quickly. Especially at Pride, Lego was seemingly the one to turn around Joe’s day from anxious to quite happy – the fucking cow caption picture really is a nutshell for that whole situation.
