I read the posts here and sometimes I hear them in HG Tudor's voice. I think he's straight and yet he's family in so many ways that count. Wit, mockery, deadpan lines that burn like fiyah, fashion critique and so much more. HG is snooty but that's all part of the shtick. He's cool.

That isn't an authentic NPD moment, that is behavior you'd see from anyone who is trying to act like they're having a good time. Everyone does this, they go out because they're expected to and not because they want to, and everyone who's ever gone to the wedding of a relative or out for drinks with the office has had that moment of breaking the smiles to grimace and bite the lip, because they want to be out of there and can't keep faking it much longer. So Meg went to the games because she's expected to, she's there to promote her brand and not because she actually likes watching wounded veterans do sports, and maybe she's sick to death of Harry himself, so she lets the strain show for a quick moment.

So while proper narcissists may do this, I'm not taking that clip as proof of her having NPD, and I think the guy who made the video doesn't understand that. He's a narcissist himself, and as such, he may be great at understanding how narcissists behave.... but maybe not as good at understanding regular non-narcissist behavior. And grimacing because you're sick of pretending to have a good time IS regular non-narcissist behavior.

On top of the pretty obvious NPD, Meghan is just damn awkward interacting with humans. The attempt to snatch the microphone is the latest in a long line embarrassing behavior in social situations.

The USO Christmas singalong with other "VIPs" seemingly avoiding her, the attempt to snatch a polo player's prize away when she celebrated with Nacho's team as if she had played (only to be pushed to the back), snapping on camera at a reporter who looked over her shoulder, engulfing an awards presenter in an unanticipated (and probably unwanted) hug as she was dropping into a curtsy, refusing to hand mourners' flowers to an attendant as pre-arranged during the pre-funeral walkabout and losing her composure on camera, asking a nursing home resident if the woman had heard about her pregnancy only to be told "yes, we get newspapers here, too." Imagine getting visited by a royal who makes it all about her.

And this is all *public* behavior. She doesn't read or get social cues and situations at all and comes off looking bad. Quite the handicap in Hollywood or any business. A skilled narc would have been able to charm and schmooze in the situations described above.

A good Narcissist would have done a much better job of clawing their way up the Hollywood ladder, while she was lucky to have a temporary place on the C-list, one that had already been taken away when she glommed onto Harry. So I'm inclined to think she isn't a full-blown Narcissist, just an asshole.

Harry is the one I suspect of having a Cluster B personality disorder, his book revealed him to be such a mess. But I'm not sure about that either, and don't have a good guess about *which* personality disorder he might have on top of his low IQ.
