I googled and he's 57. He looks fantastic. Genetically he's been dealt a great hand - but he hasn't gone overboard with fillers and plastic surgery.

What's your point? R23 even in his youth Dempsey was not a gorgeous guy. He's photogenic, and attractive in an average way. I'm sure he's not complaining but let's not exaggerate his looks

As a teen gayling watching Mobsters, Dempsey was a distant fourth in terms of hotness of the four leads (Costas Mandylor was far ahead in first place, followed by Slater and Grieco)

R7, he first had plastic surgery to correct his hideous bulb-like nose in the 90s, and the plastic surgery he has had after that is minimal - it isn't excessively evident and it allows him to look really well, but it isn't distorting his features into an embalmed, overtightened mask, as is the case with many people his age who have surgery to look rejuvenated. That is the very definition of aging gracefully for someone who has had surgery. And yes, I know that there are people who look wonderfully well without surgery, but they are not the majority.

To my mind, Joan Van Ark, is one of the few 'women of a certain age' who still looks good having not had any plastic surgery.
