Happy Birthday to Lily! 9 to 5 is one of my all time favorite movies, but I love the video of her freaking out at David O Russell on the I Heart Huckabees set. Has to be my favorite thing in which I've seen her.

I think my favorite role is still her portrayal of Violet Newstead in '9 to 5' (1980).
I also like her amusing role as a lesbian in "Tea with Mussolini" (1999) with Cher, Judi Dench, Maggie Smith & Joan Plowright.
