I do like that triple false eyelashes have made a comeback in a big way. It’s like visual comfort food for anyone who was a little kid in the late 1960s/early1970s, though they all look like they’re just off from their shift onstage at the Golden Nugget casino. It makes me identify with Jimmy Stewart’s character from “Vertigo”. You know it's funny how someone has something more in person. I know someone who saw Diane Keaton in a bookstore in Manhattan, with Woody, and they said she was really so pretty in person, glowed.

The most radiant woman I have ever seen was, kind of sadly, Christie Brinkley, who I ran into several times in the 1980s. I say sadly because I was never a fan of her career or her kind of looks. And I met all the supermodels and glamazons and jet setting women of the 80s and 90s and Christie was an also ran in my book. But in person, sheesh, she radiated ELECTRIFYING HIGH WATTAGE DAZZLING BLINGY beauty. So I wouldn't say in a resting state she was the most beautiful woman but she projected beauty amazingly.

Almost all women in such circles radiate, hun. That's how you become a face, a personality. I was in high ticket philanthropy then fashion show production then Swiss private banking then consulting. Beauty is partly a genetic gift but to become a "famous beauty" the person must radiate it, project it, publicly. They WILL their beauty into existence.

You can see Brinkley's steely dedication and talent at willing her beauty as she managed to maintain it and put it over to the public for DECADES. It's one path. It fell apart in my opinion before 60 because her path is NOT the path to being a beautiful senior citizen. Which is an entirely different game.

Old beauties (and they were young beauties as well) include Danielle Darrieux and Dina Merrill.

Men can will their beauty as well. Take a basically great material and then work it up and project it. Jude Law is a master.

And then there is the miracle of Jolie Laide. Such as Paloma's decades long glamazon beauty run.

Jacqueline de Ribes projected beauty for a lifetime. Was she really underneath the smoke and mirrors a beautiful woman? Does it matter?

There can't be just one most beautiful woman because there are so many different sorts of women. Whoever above mentioned different paths was correct.

Christie Brinkley was one sort. Raquel another. Also Audrey Hepburn, Diane Keaton, and Sandra Bullock. Each a top beauty but in a different path.

There is a very clever but little known Al Pacino movie called SimOne where he uses a computer program to take lements of these different sorts of beauties to create the ONE perfect woman. Unfortunately that scene doesn't seen to be on Youtube separate from the entire film
