It seems like plastic surgery is always dangerous territory for men particularly as they tend to get feminized (not that there's anything wrong with that, if it's what you desire) and look off, like Carmen. I recall Al Pacino also had some years where he was looking a bit more feminine post-plastic surgery and then Kenny Rogers, and the list goes on. I think Daryl Hall might look like Martina Navratilova now, not that he's the only male celeb post-PS who does, but he's the first that sprange to mind.
