The show for film with the most beautiful cast overall.
I'm voting for Twin Peaks for the TV show. Some of the most beautiful men and women ever - and even the character actors were appealing.
For film I might give the crown to one of the Avengers films. Infinity War, maybe.

At the time I thought the men in St. Elmo's Fire were all attractive and so was Demi Moore. Not so much Ally Sheedy and Mare Winningham.
